Stay Informed: LAST DAY to Request an Absentee Ballot for NY June Democratic Primary Early Voting!

For the first time ever, the entire state of New York on Saturday launched early voting in a primary. Voting isn't just a right, it's an American principle and a basic democratic right that should be protected, promoted, and practiced.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, more and more voters have been requesting mail-in absentee ballots. This includes people and veterans with disabilities. The state this year sent every registered voter a postage-paid application for an absentee ballot.

Today is the LAST DAY to request a mail-in ballot. If you have NOT received one, request a mail-in ballot today by visiting http://nycabsentee.com or call 866-VOTE-NYC.

Early voting runs through Sunday, June 21. While the last day to request a mail-in ballot is today, voters have until Tuesday, June 23 to put their ballot in the mail. Learn more about the NY Primaries by visiting http://vote.nyc.

Act now, make your voice heard and exercise your right to vote!
