According to an article from the Military.com, “Disabled American Veterans (DAV) is offering cash grants of up to $250 for disabled veterans affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.” We all owe a debt of gratitude to our disabled veterans for the sacrifices they've made and no individual should have to be in any financially dire straits in order to pay for essential goods and services such as food and medicine.
You can apply for the grant online by providing proof of your status as a service-connected disabled veteran and proof of unemployment or financial need as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
